Rania is the Company Secretary at Asteri Asset Management and is responsible for developing and maintaining Asteri’s Corporate Governance framework.
Rania has over 20 years of experience in providing governance and company secretarial services to a range of companies and trusts, both within and external to the financial services industry. Prior to joining Asteri Asset Management, Rania held governance and company secretarial-related roles at AMP, Allco Finance Group, Infigen Energy and Company Matters.
Rania holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. Rania is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
In addition to her role at Asteri Asset Management, Rania is the company secretary of the Port Authority of NSW and Crescent Wealth Management.
