Curtis has worked in the wealth management and investment advice industry since 1999, servicing the needs of wealthy individuals and families, non-profits and charitable foundations.
He has an extensive knowledge of the global investment landscape and is a firm believer in the importance of asset allocation in achieving superior investment outcomes. Curtis is passionate about helping his clients with their wealth management needs and has considerable experience in bespoke portfolio design, strategic/tactical asset allocation, alternative investments, structuring and integrating philanthropy, responsible & impact investing into wealth planning.
Before joining Asteri, Curtis was a Director at Credit Suisse Private Bank, an Adviser & Partner at Macquarie Private Bank, a Senior Investment Manager & Global Sector Specialist at HSBC Investment Management (London) and an Investment Officer at Coutts & Co (London). After more than 20 years working in large institutions, Curtis enjoys the freedom to deliver great client outcomes, afforded by being a Partner in a truly independent advice firm.
Curtis holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA) and a Diploma in Financial Planning, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Fin) from the Flinders University of South Australia.
