Brenton has been in the financial services industry for some 35 years providing investment and strategic wealth advice to wealthy individuals, families and not for profit organisations.
Brenton has been in the financial services industry for some 35 years providing investment and strategic wealth advice to wealthy individuals, families and not for profit organisations. Brenton has spent time as a banker with National Australia Bank and in more recent roles with Solomon Sinclair Barney and Macquarie Bank as an investment adviser managing client relationships and investment portfolios for a range of retail, wholesale and institutional clients. He joined Redwood Wealth Alliance in January 2019 and joined Asteri Asset Management in 2022 as part of the Asteri / Redwood acquisition.
He has lectured for the Australian Stock Exchange in stock market education and has tutored in finance at Edith Cowan University. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology),a Graduate Diploma in Business (Finance) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Brenton has also been a presenter on financial and investment matters for ABC Radio and has also provided commentary on financial and investment matters for TV news for the ABC and Channels 7 and 9.
Brenton is also active in community engagement having been on not for profit boards for over 15 years with roles on Finance/Audit committees and Chair of Foundations. He is a mentor in both the UWA Student and Banking & Financial Services Oath Young Ambassador programmes.
Brenton spends his spare time with his young family, loves to walk and run in the early mornings and on winter Saturday afternoons goes with his family to support their beloved Claremont Tigers!
